Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions and the one-time Career Pack are both covered for 30 days from the date of the order. Renewal charges are covered for 30 days from the date of that renewal.

Refunds are processed through Razorpay, our payment gateway. Email us at careerpilotai1@gmail.com from the address on your order and we’ll raise it for you. Once approved, the money returns to your original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet) — this usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Plans → Manage billing. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep full access, including your remaining credits, until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
