You may share account details, career goals, resumes, job descriptions, interview answers, application information and offer details. We use this information to provide the specific analysis, draft or recommendation you request—not to create unrelated profiles about you.

Relevant content is sent to AI providers acting on our behalf when an AI feature is used. We do not sell your personal data or use your resumes to train public third-party models. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, so review and adapt it before sending it to an employer or using it for an important career or financial decision.

Careerpilotai360 provides guidance, estimates and writing assistance. It does not guarantee interviews, offers, salary outcomes or employment. Salary and take-home calculations are informational estimates, not legal, tax or financial advice.

Razorpay processes purchases and refunds. Careerpilotai360 does not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN, bank password or other complete payment credentials.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Uploaded resumes are kept in private storage, account records are isolated from other users, and team access is restricted to legitimate support, security and operational needs.

You can remove individual career records and request account deletion. After account deletion, personal data is removed or anonymised within 90 days unless tax, legal, security or fraud-prevention obligations require limited records to be kept longer. Optional marketing messages can be stopped at any time.
